If the deliverable doesn't match what we scoped — wrong tone, missing section, visual issue, factual error — we revise it same day at no additional cost. Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
We define "scope" in the quote email before you confirm, so there's never ambiguity about what we agreed to build.
If the task changes mid-flight — "actually, can you also add..." — we pause, re-quote the delta, and only continue once you confirm. No scope creep surprises on the invoice.

We sign a mutual NDA before any work starts if you ask for one. Our standard NDA is ready within the hour; we'll also sign yours if your legal team prefers.
Only the operators assigned to your task can access your files. Access is revoked automatically once the task is delivered and closed.
Your source files are deleted from our systems 14 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them (e.g., for a follow-up task). Delivered outputs are archived in your client portal for 12 months.
Your content is never used to train models, populate case studies, or appear in our marketing. If we want to reference your work publicly, we ask first. If you say no, it never appears.
We operate from the EU and follow GDPR for all data handling. You can request full deletion of your records at any time — see our privacy policy.
